Anyone Having Trouble with Hotmail?

...starting this a.m.? I can get in to one name but not the other--all I get is a "page not displayed". An email for support was sent but I'm not expecting any answers from them.

I guess I can't crab too much about a free service but *grumble grumble*!@#$!!Microsoft!! :grumpy:

Same here. :( (but, strangely enough, only with the account that I haven't "upgraded" :rolleyes: )

Ethelred, that's a very generous offer, thanks! But how can I mail ya if my Hotmail account is down :) (just kidding--like everyone here I must have 10 email addresses)

Cockroachfarm, mine aren't upgraded accounts but if I had laid out $20 I'd be even more upset!
 
I have had problems with Hotmail as well. I use it mostly for Ebaying. Last year I purchased the upgraded storage. I did not renew at the 1 year mark, so I try to renew and I did receive an email stating I would have to make a whole new account if I want to renew. Now if I get any attachments I cannot open them. I keep getting a sign in box. This started about 2 weeks ago. I don't know what the problem is.

GMX is very good, but it happens to only be available to people living in Germany (In the registration process they mail to your house a package and you have to return it), and of course the buzz in webmail at this time is Gmail (They're the reason Yahoo and Hotmail increased the inbox sizes). I wouldn't classify Gmail as freemail at this time, since it is invite only and still in beta, but when it becomes public...
 
I have some Gmail invites that I would be happy to share with the group...

well,it came back to life today, but once burned....thanks for all the responses, everyone!
 
I have been trying to unsuccessfully delete my "signature" on one of my Hotmail accounts for days now. No luck. When I try to "reset", up pops a screen that asks for my password again (or requests logging in with another address). Yet when I do that, up pops the same screen - over and over again. Any suggestions?
