Hi Folks,
Found this old looking Harley plate/badge. It is brass I think and it measures 2 1/2" long for size reference. Is it a VIN plate for a vintage Harley? I have had no luck on the internet trying to ID this piece. You would think with all the info on it that I would have had better luck , but no dice. Is it real or a fantasy piece?

If you know what this is please let me know.
