Tim, I have a crapload of pine that is pressure treated sitting in my basement! You can have all you want, but it'll make for a pretty flimsy and small shop. As for the lakefront property, give me about 15 years and I'll probably be able to help you there, too. Lemme know if I can be of further assistance... :P

I am getting ready to move and will be putting my house and shop up for sale soon. I am not on a lake but I am on 20 acres that backs up to a creek! On top of that the place is only 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. Shop is 1400 sq ft metal building. Any buyers??

Tim, I can get you a great deal on lake front property in this area. The lake has a funny name though, Sanitary Lagoon. There are no close neighbors either.

Tim,

You might try Lake Lotawana or even Lake Winnebago. They are now allowing lake front sites on Perry. What the heck, its probably cheaper to buy a small Butler building and put up a mural of a lake scene! P.S. I think I'm not too far from you anyway. Good luck with the building permits--Dan
