I have always been a fixed blade kinda guy. That said, I really like horizontal sheaths better than verticle ones. I have two fixed blade EDC's that I would like to get a nice horizontal style sheath for. Anyone know of a good sheath maker?

You need to start here in the Custom Sheathmakers Section. Also, please read the list of makers and look at what they make rather than post a "anyone know...?" type question since they are all sheathmakers.

The good news is, we have an embarassment of great sheath makers around here. The problem will be choosing from among them, not whether they'll be able to craft sheaths to meet your needs.
