anyone know a good Engraver/carver that works with titanium?

I was thinking of customizing a titanium scale I have with a punisher skull.

I'm not looking for just a outline of a skull but for a someone that can really do a nice 3D depth carving (Kind of like the way Flavio Ikoma does his handles).

If anyone knows where I could find these services that would be great.
