Anyone know about Menintools anvils?

I found a web site with cheapo anvils, 110lbs. for $99.00 and made of "...cast iron steel that is heat treated..."
which probably means garbage, but I want to look into it.
I would have called their 800 # but I'm on the west coast and they are in Jersey. It is "possible" that it's steel and that the face is hardened... I wanted to check out the 110lb. Harbor Freight anchor weight (read cheapo anvil) but our local HF doesn't have em in stock and I ran across this one. Any help greatly appreciated! The site doesn't say where it's from.

The, I believe, $89.00 anvils from HF, are cast steel from Russia. Many that tried them said they are a reasonable starter anvil.
Might see how long the backorder wait is.
