Anyone know about Microtechs?

Hi, i just got this microtech today. I believe it is a mini socom elite. Its pretty cool and its from 1998! Does anyone know anything bout this knife? anything at all would be appreciated, especially the rarity or value

I've seen a few go for $200+, but they were in great condition. This one looks like a user.

I've seen newer Microtech's in purple, but never one this old. The older Microtech's didn't have the stupid hardware of today.

I believe that's authentic. I had one back in the day. It was $108 new! It was definitely an excellent knife. It is not an "Elite" though (whatever "elite" means). The early Elite knives actually had an aluminum lock bar with a stainless interface.

I dont think this is a fake. Its very high quality and i cant really find fake socoms online. and i dont think they faked ones from 1998

They made seven different colored mini's with both plain and partial serrations. I have all seven colors arround here. There was purple, red, blue, darker grey, silver (clear), jupiter inlet green (lighter iirc) and a darker green.
