Going through my toy box the other day, I found the first sheath in this pic.
Don't seem to see too many of them anywhere.
IIRC correctly, you can get a black or burgundy (maroon) one when ya order a custom but not this one. Simply stamped "110" on the back.

Does anyone know what 110 it goes to? Or were they offerred as a standard (if so, when)?

Thanks Buckaroos...

I have one like that, but I'm "working" right now and can't recall which 110 it is with. I'll do some looking tomorrow. It may be the special project brown fibron with mirror polished blade...1985ish

Thanks 2TB...
Don't think I have that one. But a pic would be cool.
Driving me bonkers thinking that I have a knife with a mis-matched sheath somewhere.

After further review and a little digging, apparently I don't have that one either. I have one that is an orangish brown (more orange than brown). I must have been thinking of that one.

I've seen those with knives from the old Custom Shop and the Stag 110's from the mid to late 1980s. I'm not sure those are the only knives that had them. The Custom Shop knives and the stag knives had other sheaths as well. I don't think the sheath was dedicated to a specific knife or knives but it is a sheath that was available in that time frame.

I got nuthin.....

I have seen them around before but like Richard said, not particularly associated with any one model of 110.

Thanks Tony, Joe, and Richard!

Guess, I'll start opening coffins in my Buck masoleum and see who's missing a sheath.

Goose, Does the center or right sheath have anything on the back? I have a sheath that I bought with a 120 in it that has 120-S custom on the back and it is a natural color. The Buck on the front is stamped on a slant. I was thinking the two were a custom series.

Here ya go Edbeau...
Yep, they're stamped (see pic). The plastic boxes they came have "BUCK" molded on them too.

Though I do use the 119 version I have once in awhile, I've never used these. Too bulky for me. If you (or anyone) are interested I can take a pic of a side shot.

These sheaths would probably last as long as their respective knives..."love them long time G.I.".

Actually I like the looks of those sheaths,,, Can you point me in a direction where I might get a pair. I don't see them in the "Dealer Workbook" that BCCI sent me. Tnx

Those sheaths have not been available directly from Buck for a long time, but they show up pretty regularly on ebay.
