Speaking of dealers, I'd like to plug Bayou Laforche at www.knifeworks.com. They have a simple, easy-to-use catalog and everyday prices that rival discountknives.com. Though they ship UPS ground, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana customers should still get their knives within two days at most. Only complaint is a somewhat smaller selection; I'd love to see their pricing on MT and TOPS knives!

Edit1: their service is top notch, too.
Edit2: toptexknives.com should be up there as well for a nice, cheap Christmas present.
