Anyone know any info about Beretta's knife division?

I work in a gun and knife shop and we recently got the Beretta BH Tactical in stock. It seems like a very well built knife. Very smooth to open, no blade play, titanium liners and an s30v blade. However, i've always been a bit wary of buying knives made by gun manufacturers. Does Beretta actually manufacture this knife or is there another company that makes it for them? Also, if anyone owns this knife let me know what you think of it.

Many if not all of their knives are made in Japan by
high quality manufacturers.

Not familiar though with the particular model you mention.
