Anyone know anything about my Malco DK1 knife?

I am just curious if it is valuable or not. There seems to be 2 versions, a military fighting knife and a version for doing duct work, but it does not seem like either one but is closer to the duct version. Of course the writing on the wooden handle is pretty worn. It it a true double edge and it took a while, but I got a mirror edge on both sides with my Lansky system.
