Anyone know anything about this folder? Blackie Collins T.A.L.K I

Recently picked up one of these babies at a surplus store. New in box, never opened. It's a semi-serrated folder manufactured by Ontario and designed by Blackie Collins. It says 'First Production Run' on the blade, and has 'T.A.L.K I' stamped next to that. I can't for the life of me find anything about it online, pictures or otherwise. Just wondering if anyone has any information about it. Thanks!

Made in the mid 90's - through 1999 or so. Steel was 440A, and came in tanto or clip points, serrations were an option.

They're hard to find now, and were considered decent for their time, but never caught on.
