Anyone know anything about titanium carbide powder?

I just recently bought a house and found a wooden tube that has titanium carbide and the company from which it came printed on the outside of it. I know that it's used to coat drill bits, saw blades, grinding discs, etc and to form TiC jewelry. What I don't know is if I can even sell it. I know it's worth a good bit of money (have roughly 20-25 lbs of it). Where would I even begin to look to sell it?

Mods, if this is not the appropriate forum I apologize in advance.

Since I see a Pa addy...is it Osram or Teledyne powder by chance? Is it graded LW 15? It may be useless to the end user unless you're going to press/machine/furnace it into something of use. (jmo though)

No, it's an old tube from Firth Loach and Metal in McKeesport, Pa. No clue on the grading. I almost threw it away til I read the side of it.
