Anyone know how to find the Age of Camillus blades?

I recently acquired a Camillus knife that resembles the Dura-Tool. It has a standard blade and the flathead/wire-stripper combo. Unlike today's dura-tool, the handle is wood-plated. The metal is all quite stained, and I was wondering if there was any possible way to determine when this knife was made...

Can't you tell the age of a knife by looking at its TEETH ????
