Anyone know how to use Photoshop?

I'm looking for someone who can tweak a few pics. I'm planning on ordering a custom from a maker, and he uses a set overall design, but I would like to show him some add ons I'd like...ie, micarta, milled handles etc. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it!
