I have an AlMar Sere Operator sheath, that has never been used. I got rid of the knife before the sheath came, so it sits unused on my shelf. I have tried several times to contact eric, but to no avail. So I figured I would ask here. Would Eric let me send this back, plus cash to upgrade to a sheath for a different knife that I have?. Thanks in advance..

Eric is a great guy, but I'm not sure it's a fair thing to ask him. On/Scene isn't a manufacturer with an inventory of sheaths for sale. Every one Eric makes is a custom job for a specific customer. He might be able to resell it for full price, but his chances aren't really much better than yours.

My advice would be to sell it yourself and get what you can out of it. There must be several Sere 2K owners around here who would be interested in it.
