Looking to buy a xm-18 but after months and months, of saving I am now wondering if I should just wait to get one in s35vn steel? What would you do? Also how rare are bead blasted xm-18's? Thanks.

Show off!!!
I've been anxious to try me out some S35VN too. I still haven't had the chance. Maybe I'll get lucky and Gress will sell me his! Yeah right.

The upcoming Zero Tolerance 0550 is going to have the s35vn steel, if you can't get your hands on a Hinderer. Great bargin and it was(to my belief) designed by Rick Hinderer... Back to the topic, I believe Rick's including S35VN to his steel choice options, if you cannot get a hold of one, CTS XHP and the Duratech 20CV are very good options aswell

back at the plaza cutlery custom show Rob Orlando had an S35VN XM24 on display. man that knife was cool.

CTS-XHP and Duratech 20CV are two premium "super steels." I assume that if Rick uses it, S35VN will be fine blade steel as well.
