I know that there is old threads that sort of follow this. But just curious if you all know any new ones. It seems to me that my old favorites dont seem to be putting out much new material nowadays. Guys like carter and solos. And im tired of watching the guy with the hd videos that doesnt seem to really know much about knives besides there pretty. So if you know any newer guys doing good vids i appreciate it. Thanks

I started watching John Grimsmo's knife making Tuesdays. He makes mid-tech knives and his YouTube series called knife making Tuesdays is 80 plus videos that show how he went from experimenting with some ideas to making a really nice knife. I don't care for some of the knives features but the videos are really neat to watch.

TheApostleP (Rob) is very knowledgable. Everything from short videos to long, very in depth videos. He's also a very nice guy that'll go out of his way to try and help you. Always look forward to his videos.

Just being very much pre-emptive at this point, but we have seen way to many threads somewhat like this one go South quickly.

Let's stick to knives for the most part and capable folks passing information keeping in mind different needs, tastes and in some cases quite a few different levels of entertainment. ;)

Totally agree with you I dig his channel

I will try to start putting out more content. I always feel bad because I just can not afford the camera setup I want right now so I record holding my iPhone (I honestly do not mind the iPhone quality if it is a 4s or above, but I need some sort of tripod). I would love for you to check my channel out and hopefully I can put more stuff up, I am not sure how people rate the quality of my vids, but the more I do them the better I get. I am just a regular guy that enjoys knife collecting and using like most of you and really enjoy testing and reviewing knives. (A few of the knives I use minimally because they are more collectible). I am gear geek on youtube or here is the link https://www.youtube.com/user/Hawkgx28Pyro Do not expect a ton, but I will try to have a vid once a week and more in the summer as I am a student and work 2 jobs to pay for school.

Upcoming is the Busse Argonne Assault, Team Gemini LB, Swamp Rat Rodent Solution, Tops Firestrike 45, Tops BOB Fieldcraft, KaBar USMC, KaBar Mark 1, Buck 119, pretty much will do usage reviews on everything including some folder's.

I just started mine, its still very much in its infancy and I only have one video up but feel free to check it out! Its more focused on the creation and restoration of tools and knives, and the joy of doing it. I started a thread already but it doesn't hurt to post it here either.
