I've got an EX-F01 that bought on the Exchange that I like and, when I wanted to buy another pair of scales for it, Hogue customer service was excellent in assisting w/the transaction. They even sent me a tool that originally came w/the knife that the seller did not give me) for free.

I also owned an EX-A01 auto. It was a beast! Never a problem w/it but it was just too big for me. I easily sold it on the Exchange.
