Did you try removing the scales, to see if there was a maker's mark on the backside of them?

My guess is Dragonfly Scales. They make a set of marbled CF Mini Crooked River scales that look just like these (replacing the bolster and original scale, deep angled chamfering).

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm not certain.
The chamfers on the Dragonfly scales favor the top third of the backspacer/standoff screws, and aren't as deep as those in the OP's pics.

you guys are right the maker of dragonfly scales reached out and let me know they came from him. the person I bought the knife from didn't know so I was curious. i thought they might be and was hoping so. he called them burl cf will have the knife in hand in a few days I'm pretty stoked.
