Anyone know what knife this is?

I know this may sound silly but I would really like to know where this Knife came from and where I can get some more
The only markings on it are Stainless Steel and FOREIGN

I have had this for about 10 years and its starting to fall apart :/ not sure how old it was when i got it

Any help would be great, i know this is only an ordinary knife but it’s the best knife I have ever used

What is falling apart? Is it just the handle coming off?

Rehandling is a pretty straightforward proposition.

You can drill out or otherwise remove the existing rivets to remove the scales. Then either just epoxy or epoxy and rivet or bolt on new scales. You can shape the scales with basic hand tools or with power tools.

If a serrated knife is the best you've ever used, I'm sure you can do better. Now's the perfect time to upgrade since you need a replacement.

First, I would suggest a quality knife sharpener. Perhaps an EdgePro Apex or Paper Wheels or a combination of both. A good knife is useless unless you maintain it properly.

Next, I would point you over to the Tojiro Flash Paring knife, as mine seems like roughly the same profile as the one you're holding. At HRC 62 with a steep angle, you'll very quickly change your mind about what the "best" knife you've ever used would be. Not that there aren't better knives out there, but I think a good high hardness knife that's been sharpened like someone with OCD on knife edges would be a good place to start off.
