Sorry for the bad pic. Not mine. I might be purchasing it tomorrow along with some others.

You sure you want to purchase something you don't know. With a pic like that, it might as well be a Chinese knock-off. What does the seller say?
 
Yea well that's a possibility. I'll get to see the knives in person before purchasing.

Seller says these were her ex husbands. If they're any good I might be a nice guy and take them off her hands for her. :D
 
I know that's not an emerson and highly doubt its a benchmade it could be somthing though,
 
I recommend forgetting about that knife until you get a better picture of the entire knife.
There may also be defects on the blade and in the handle you can't tolerate
