Anyone know where I can find a tool similar to the Spyderco edge angle guide?

Lansky Crock Sticks are basically the same thing but slightly cheaper.

I guess you didn't say "sharpmaker." Not sure if that helps.

Google "Veritas® Bevel Gauge" and/or "Richard Kell Bevel Grinding Gauges". You can probably find more in shops/sites that sell woodworking supplies.

I'm ashamed to say being the devout Spyderhead I am that I never even knew of this Spyderco Angle Guide  Did they ever sell these at SFO? Any possibility of getting one on a dealer's shelf somewhere? I myself would love to have one> I thought I had all of Spyderco's great sharpening tools but I must have been asleep when this tool hit the market. I don't recall it in any of my old Spyderco catalogs

Yeah they sold right through Spyderco's website. There weren't many produced, a few hundred. It was just a test run, and they decided after that initial run not to make anymore. If you search Spyderco's own forum, the threads on them should come up.
