I think I found it online, but not a supporting dealer. If you google buck 301 yellow, there is an option MIDWAY down the results. I think it's the right one but I don't know that much about Buck knives, so if it is not, sorry.

Nevermind, it looks like they sell it but you actually can't add it to your cart.

They stopped making the yellow 301 about 10 years ago . Maybe you can find one in the bay ?

What skyhorse said. Buck only made the yellow comforcraft handled 300 line for a short period of time. And it was about 10 years ago. You'll have to go hunting for some individual who has one to sell.

Discontinued in 2013 or so if I recall. I bought one of each, 303 and 301, in that smooth Yellow with the blue shield. Great knives. Mine are not for sale.
