Im looking for a standard lash tab (for my BM River Rescue). I have had NO luck so far. Does anyone know a place where I can get one? Thanks in advance!

A Lash tab is a little plastic square that you find on the left shoulder of many Personal Flotation Devices. It secures a sheath that has a metal plate on it in any of the 4 directions. The Benchmade 100 has a sheath that has the metal plate that lokcs with a lash tab. So do some of the rescue hooks.

Thanks!

Groove, isn't the lash tab part of the PRD that you then lash the sheath to? It would need to be sewn on the vest itself.

A trip to Campmor in Paramus is always worth it, they might have what you need.

I learn something new every day! :D Thanks. I checked Campmor's website for a lash tab but they only list it as attached to the equipment.

I would give them a call, though. They have a lot of patches and buckles and repair kits ... they just might have this as part of a kit.

Thanks guys,

I think I'm just going to get one or two from Benchmade. They are going to go on a millitary surplus backpack i got.
