Anyone know where to buy this knife??

I'm looking for a Protech TR-4 (possibly Doru), 3.5" blade. 2 tone blade with the sterling silver skull inlay.

Anyone know where this can be purchased?

Blade HQ has a good selection of protechs, looking at their website there was a Doru for sale with exactly the features you mentioned. You might want to contact them and ask if they will be getting more stock or you could start a thread in the WTB section.
