Anyone know who can replace a broken backspring on a pocket knife?

I have an older Hen & Rooster 4-blade congress slipjoint knife with stag handles that has one of its two backsprings broken. This particular knife was made in 1985 and is a collector knife made for the Fort City Knife Collectors Club (1 of 65 made) and has etching on the two main blades.

When I contacted the Hen & Rooster company (now owned by Frost), they said they could not repair the knife. They did say they could replace the knife though with something similar. Obviously, I do not want the knife replaced as this is an etched collector model.

So, does anyone know of someone or someplace I can send this knife to so that the broken backspring can be replaced?

Oviously, if it's going to cost more than the knife is worth, I would not be interested in those places.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thank you.
