Anyone know who makes this?

I bought a hatchet and an antique store yesterday and aside from a small hallmark there is no legible markings. Was wondering if I could get some help identifying it. Not knowing much about hatchets and axes I left two other axes there due to the seemingly steep asking price. One was a thoroughbred and one was a Kelly. They were asking $95 apiece should I go back and scoop those up also?

There was also this broad headed hatchet in really rough shape with no identifiable markings

I don't recognize the stamp but it looks European, maybe German or Austrian. The head shape and eye shape both suggest this.

I'd stay away from the $95 axes unless they have very clean embossed logos. 'Thoroughbred' was a Belknap Hardware brand. With a good logo it's worth more than $95.
