Anyone knows where to buy this small device?

The one made by Bebe Manufacturing is available at a lot of machine shop suppliers like Travers, etc and some knife material suppliers. Google turns up quite a few vendors. Rocklin makes a more expensive and industrial carbidizer, and I've seen another carbidizer online from Japan maybe?
