I bought the blueprints for the Clay Spencer in line treadle hammer from the ABANA web site last year. Since I built a press, I won't be building the hammer, so If someone wants the blueprints they are free for the taking.. I want to give them to someone who is actually going to build this hammer, so please don't ask for them if you aren't serious about the project.

Louis.

i might have to take you up on the offer as i now have a huge shop space and i work at a machine shop so i can make anything i need. i did want a press but this would be way cheaper. you are the man :D

Hey Louis,

If Jarod doesn't take you up on the offer, I'd be thrilled to. I've already started collecting material to make one. Would be pleased to put your plans to use in our high school smithy.

Thanks, Phil

JT, It sounds like farmer Phil can really put these plans to good use. If you wouldn't mind I think that he could use them more...

i contacted Phil and told him that after i give them a look over that i would send them to him. he says that's cool.

Hey guys,

Guess what I just found out? JT and Bubba-doll both are from Oahu's North Shore. I tell you, life is a trip, for sure! Anyway, looks like the lovebirds may be making a trip out here to visit their families for the holidays. I might actually get another chunk of titanium out of the visit too. Of course, the real treat will be meeting these two amazing folks! Oh ya, and getting Rocketman's treadle hammer plans will be cool too! Thanks Louis!!!

All the best, Phil

I read about the treadle hammer plans and am hoping that they might still be available because I am needing a hammer thanks in advance
