Anyone make a backspacer for a Delica 4?

I'm wanting to use titanium scales on my Delica, but no one has a titanium backspacer. Does anyone make a stainless steel back spacer or maybe even G10 that matches the titanium? Can anyone do that? Im seriously thinking about getting a piece with the right thickness and tracing it from the stock one. It doesn't seem tough. Anyone have one or can make one that will match with full titanium??

Flytanium says that they may make more Delica backspacers at some point, but nothing currently in the works. There are PM2 backspacers everywhere you look. Making one myself isn't an option. There's no way I can get that tab that is needed to hold the lock bar in place.
