Anyone mess around with large Masonry cut blades?

I've got my hands on a few of them, they are diamond coated 19.5" masonry saw blades for concrete block, I've been told they are 4140 but cannot confirm, only markings on them are lot numbers. If nothing else, I figured they would be good for throwing knives or other impact type applications.
