anyone near crossville, tn to verify an ebay seller?

problem is the seller has no history and I'm not going to bid/buy some thing with no way to prove the seller. I've sent an email off to the seller and hope to get something back them to verify. Is anyone around this area that can verify it locally? Any help would be appreciated...

Tracy, I don't recognize that handpiece as GRS. Perhaps it's a model I'm unfamiliar with; perhaps it's just the foto. Might be worth asking if you get farther along on this.

Dang Mike, good eye. When I first looked at that, I thought it was a grs quick change maximum duty hand piece but then looking again, it's not. I'll make sure and ask when I call them -- before I bid. Thanks.
