Yeah, that one with the corkscrew seems backwards.

Some some models had the shield on the other side..

I replaced a broken scale on a Marlboro limited Outdoorsman and now I have a SAK with a shield on each side...No pics but if it warms up enough tomorrow I will try to take one.

Yep, it is a forrest green set of scales and never noticed they were reversed till today.
