Anyone one bought 2 way radios off the ebay?

Just wondering, I was thinking about picking up some used VHF business band with good bats & charger for not too much. Reccomendations on brand or style?

Also, anyone do radio programming? I have a laptop and was thinking getting a programming kit and tikering.

Icom is the way to go...
F11's is great, or modified T2h ham radios which are keypad programmable.
