Anyone ordered from oso grande knife and tool company?

Has anyone ordered from them here in the past two days or so?

Reason I ask is that I placed an order, via the website, and specified next day shipping, which was $26.95. Now, I paid for next day shipping because I wanted the order the next day...I guess what I failed to realize is that OSO apparently ships when they get around to it, instead of the same day you place the order, like they say they do on the website.

I have tried calling several times to find out the status, and all I get is some voice mail crap. I'm getting pretty pissed at this...

So, has anyone else ordered from them in the past two days or so?
 
If you paid with a credit card call your company and tell them that the charges are in dispute and they will not pass credit to the vendor until the dispute is resolved. I'm not sure about Visa/MC but I know American Express will do this.If a company does not accept Amex I don't trade with them for this reason.

Thanks for the information. I now see that OSO feels trying to drum up more business is more important than taking care of customers that have already paid. That surely sucks..

I'm almost to that point, but I want to actually talk to OSO first, to see how they might try to handle this problem.

Truly, this whole situation sucks, and it's a poor way to do business.
After this is concluded one way or another, I will post it up on GB&U, so others can decide for themselves if they want to do business with this company.
