Anyone ordered thin strap seel from Admiral?

I've been thinking about ordering some strap steel from Admiral for making damascus. I was looking at the 1095 and 1070 in 1/32 inch. Has anyone ordered from them, and has anyone tried this?

Chris, Yes I have ordered and used .020" thick 1095 and made damascus with pure nickel in the mix. I had trouble with cold welds because I couldnt get the flux in between the layers before the thin steel built scale. Also it warped like crazy until I got smart enough to put thick stainless steel on the outside of the billet to hold it together while it heated to welding temp. I think the thin steels will work best in a cannister for a mosaic (dry method) Thats what Im going to do with the rest of mine anyway.
