Anyone out there? I need to hold more Busses...

... is anyone here a collector in or near NYC? I met someone who has since moved away, but he told me going to a Busse show is a great way to try them out and see how they feel. Important to me right now because I have some customs on order that will probably be put to Garth's grinder sometime soon, but there are no shows nearby for quite a while as far as I know. Doesn't look like Easton is happening.

I've only ever held BWMs, BJs, CABSes, and a B11. I still don't know what a fusion or special forces feels like, nor have I been able to appreciate the balance of a Mofo/Mojo or felt the weight of an NMFBM.

I'm willing to bring the beer :) and I'd like to meet more of you folks in person anyway.
 
I wish I had more of a collection to offer, cause I'm only about an hour away. Come March after the knife show in NJ, I'll have plenty more :D
 
I'm in the Albany area, if you ever get up this way... My collection is heavy on the EDC size, but I have a NMFBM, NMSFNO, SAR6, and Tankbuster you could put your mitts on for some comparisons...
 
You live in NYC? I live in Sussex County, NJ and I work in Wayne. My bro also has a few Busse and he lives in Sparta. Altogether I could probably get about 6 or 7 knives for you to check out if you wanna pick a half way point. (which Wayne kinda is)

Well considering I can see the NY skyline from my office window, I'm probably within that two hour radius. I've got an RMD, NMFBMLE, SAR6, NMSFNO, Swamp Warden, SR Vex, CG Boss Jack, Satin Jack Tactical and maybe one or two more not coming to mind.
 
I live in Nassau county i have a HHFSH that is currently sent out to norcalblacktail for work (will be back in 3 weeks), BWM, CGFBM, NMFBM, Tankbuster, and swamprat RMD
