I just picked up my green Lum PE and, although it's a beautiful knife, I just can't seem to leave it alone in the box at home. It was my EDC today along with my Native 35/65 and, let me tell you, that Lum cuts like a knife possessed!! That  Super Sharp  PlainEdge VG-10 blade cannot be beat, IMHO.;)

This being the case, I think that I may continue using this Spydie for EDC. Those of you out there that own a Lum, do you use it for EDC as well, or do you keep yours in the box?

I do....my fav knife for carving up peaches. Light and inconspicuous, sharp as the devil. Good belly for "chop" cuts, although the tip is not the greatest for rooting out briars. The handles(scales?) hold up better than I expected, and still lool 95%(six months EDC maybe). More of a precision type knife for me, my hands are jumbo-sized and I drag out the Military for big cutting tasks. Love mine, and I bet you will to, overtime the Lum kinda feels "right" clipped in yer pocket.

I do. There's a serrated Blue Delica floating around in my left pocket for those times when a beater is required.

well, i just got my blue lum today and i think it'll be part of my rotation

I carry it. Its probably third in line for number of carries. I like that its a fairly big blade, yet the overall package doesn't intimidate people when you use it. It cuts like an even bigger blade as well.
