Just pulled the trigger on a Bark River Little Creek in orange G10, just wondering if anyone else is a proud owner of one and can post some pics to hold me over til it's in my grubby paws.:D

Should be a good edc and companion to my Fox River, I hope.

Congrats! Please give us a review as soon as possible. I am want to get one for a pocket edc. I really like the looks of them for an edc.

i used to have one.
it was a great EDC knife. i carried it in one of sharpshooters pocket sheaths.
they are stout blades.
iirc the blade was much thicker than the others in the picture.

The Little Creek is one of my all time favorite knives. It just seems to lock into my hand in a three finger grip with the pinky wrapping around and stabilizing the back of the butt for a very secure grip. It's a great all-around knife, I use it in the city and woods. I'm a big fan of Bark River's A2, holds a nice thin edge for a good long time. My only complaint, a .145 inch thick blade that's only 11/16s wide doesn't offer the best slicing geometry. I've compensated for this by keeping a near zero edge on it (7 - 8 degrees per side) and have had no problems with edge rolling, just some minor denting from unexpected contacts with harder materials. But on the other hand, given its thickness, you'd be very hard pressed to break this knife even with heavy duty use. Makes a great pocket fixed blade, extremely sturdy but small and lightweight, and with a nice thin edge, slices like a champ.

Here's my Little Creek batoning some kindling to make a fire for dinner and then making a quick and crude spoon to eat with

I have 2 from the prototype run (thicker than the production run).

One in snake wood, the other in green & black Micarta. The bottom two in the attached pic.

Fantastic performers on small game (eg rabbits & foxes).

Kind regards

Thanks guys, I was really torn between this and the micro Canadian, or whichever the one is in Vance's pic. The tusk made the short list as well, but the outline of the little creek just makes want have to have it. :D

Little Creek is my favorite EDC fixed blade. I have Desert Ironwood with Mosaic pins.
