Just looking for some feedback from anyone who owns a Chris Reeve Mnandi?

Smaller than the Sebbie - wondering if it is more practical for a EDC to the office.

Thaks,
-Sam

Hey Sam,

I carry one in my dress slacks all the time. My style is to take the clip off and drop it in my pocket alone.... not to get it scratched up. Perfect size for the office :p;)

Welcome.....

Nice knife , omly a little smaller than a small Seb' but slimmer. I carry mine loose in my pocket and it sits well. Clip looks like a pen clip so can be worn in a shirt pocket too.
Definately better for an office environment than a Seb' .

The Mnandi is very well made. It is surprisingly sturdy for a gentleman's knife.

What sort of cutting jobs do you need to do at your office? Cutting a plastic strap around a box of paper?

CR Camel Thorn Mnandi - both sides (pocket clip removed)

Wonderful knife, I love mine. More elegant looking than a small Seb to me. The clip is quite innocuous and as mentioned above you could clip it in a shirt pocket with no trouble. The knife's performance and walk & talk is exactly what you'd expect from CRK - excellent. The range of inlay choices is nice too, from low key to exotic, so I imagine most everyone can find one they like.

i've been carrying a mammoth ivory mnandi for a couple of years. sometimes i change it up with a small classic seb. but the mnandi is clipped to my watch pocket of my jeans almost every day. for my needs, it is more than enough blade.

I think it's the perfect choice for wearing in the pocket w/ dress slacks. I had one for a while and carried it that way and liked it a lot. Once I got a different job that didn't require slacks anymore I went back to my small Sebenza which I like better when wearing jeans.

Barry Manilow sings about one... "Mandy".

Sorry, missed my second dose of caffein this AM!
