I have seen few knives with full hollow grind, and they are rare to find, never used it and was wondering does anyone have experience with it, how they perform etc.

By full hollow grind, do you mean, full height of blade is hollow WITH NO micro bevel?

Hmmm, I have a Daniel Fairly traditional tanto (fixed blade) that is close...

Personally I go for 3/4 to full flat grind or anything with a convexed edge regardless of main grind...

What are you wanting it for??? Besides slicing, it won't be strong enough for much.. gl in your quest!

Sounds like you are looking for a straight razor. Dovo razors are good quality and not too pricey but kind of difficult to find at times.
I have one (obviously not the one I shave with!) that is use in my shop for slicing. It works well and I like the easy and fast open and close.

This one might be the most extreme I have. A.G. Russell in ATS-34 & linerless micarta, 3/16" thickness at the spine (thick enough for deep nail nicks on both sides of the blade), with a full hollow below that:

Truth be told, I haven't used it much. I just thought it was pretty unique, when I bought it.

Thinner-spined blades with full-height hollow grinds are great slicers; especially nice for food-prep use.

full height hollow grind with secondary edge, not a straight razor

I think that I have also heard this called a "high hollow grind".
Buck Vantages have it as well as the Case x large stockman. Thin behind the edge so they cut really well.

Obsessed with edges, that is the grind Im interested in, love high hollow grinds on folders!

I've always liked the look of it, but I'd say the biggest downside to that particular example is the sheer thickness of the spine. In a real-world slicing application, the spine's thickness would tend to make it bind up in thicker or tougher material (like heavy cardboard, for example), if the cut is deep enough to encounter the spine. A more realistically thin profile can do wonderful things with a hollow grind, however.

On the plus side, that particular knife's wide spine (it's also slightly radiused) is a very, very comfortable place for the thumb to rest, when cutting. :)

Some (not sure about all) Case knives have full height hollow grinds, even though some of them are shallow. I have a Sodbuster Jr. and a Half Whittler, both of which have hollow grinds. Much less pronounced on the Half Whittler because the height of the blades is nowhere close to what it is on the Sodbuster, and the stock is a little thinner, but it's there nevertheless. Makes for exceptional slicing, even with cheap blade steel

The Boker Plus Tech Tool City 1 is a very high bevel (back of blade) hollow ground blade. Sharpens like a razor. I love this blade configuration. My old Kershaw Crown is basically the same - great knife.
