Local guy has an UZI Defender for sale. 154CM. I don't know much about them. Anyone with any experience?

Fixed or folding? I have the fixed blade, with the camo coating.
Here's a review I gave for it on another website:

Pros: You can get a pretty good grip on this knife because of the way it's constructed. Choking up on the blade to get more positive control is really easy. Full tang construction with the pry tool on the end is a definite plus. Made of quality 154CM stainless steel.

Cons:
The camo finish. First off, I am pretty sure the knife I recieved is a factory second, because there are thumb prints in the finish that cannot be wiped off. Just cosmetics, but still I am pretty sure they would be considered blemishes. Secondly, the camo finish seems to stain easily. I don't really have any experience with camo finished blades, so maybe this is normal.

Unevenly ground. Because of the design of the blade, it makes for some very weird angles, and the blade grind seems to reflect that.

Pry Tool. Really good idea, but I doubt the strength because they were overzealous with lanyard holes. They are too big. Should have followed through with the tang all the way to the end, and just drilled one hole for the lanyard.

The Sheath. Way too big. Seems like it was made for a knife with a blade that's about 2 inches longer than this one. The M.O.L.L./P.A.L.S. universal fastening system does offer a lot of different ways to carry this knife, especially for military personal, but it is kind of overkill. Also the plastic insert inside the nylon sheath that you actually slide the blade into, came right back out with the blade the very first day. Upon closer inspection, it was just barely glued in place.

Lastly, not really a pro or con, the saw back. Not really aggressive enough for heavy work, but it could come in handy.

Haven't really used it much. In the process of making a kydex sheath for it.
It seems like a decent knife, albeit with some weird features.
