anyone please help me to tell a ST Tiger

Hello, every body.
My name is Daisy, I have some doubt in a ST Tiger.
I guess you guys may have much more experience, and could help me to tell this item.
This Tiger in my eyes, from the quality to the original sheath, zipper case, and practicing knife are all auth.
Except that there is NO steel/materia mark on it ( for example, offen as ATS34 or S30V) but nothing marked on this one.
Some one told me it is the oldest version of ST Tiger. But I could not sure about this. I am some of a new fish in this knife collection.

I tried to email ST website, but still got no reply yet.
SO hear, I attached some photos of this knife, and would wish anyone know about ST better, take a look at it for me.
Any suggestion or answer will be appraciated.

I can't say if the blade is real or not, however, I have several Strider fixed blades and they do vary in their markings. The grinds on your knife are very good if it is a fake. But I will say the sheath looks after market. None of my strider kydex looks that nice. If it is a fake the sheath it is in costs way more than the knife. ( If you can call it a knife.)

Where are you located? Where did you get it from? I've been through a fair number of Striders, and I've seen a fair number of cheapo fakes. This would be the first Tiger fake I've seen, and I'd have to say, I believe it's real. Every fake I've seen has discerning qualities that set it apart, but in this case, I'd have to say that the grinds, the stock thickness, the finish, the logos, are all pretty spot on, and counterfeiters rarely put that level of detail and quality into their efforts. Mick has gone through a lot of changes in his designs and detail work over the years, and so it isn't unlikely that early editions went without certain blade stamps. I wouldn't be surprised to find the advice you've been given about it to be true.

You'd have to get it to a real officianado, Strider dealer, or into the hands of an actual Strider shop worker to know with any more certainty, but I'd put my vote down on it being genuine. Either way, I'd like to know what more you find out about it if you find anything else. If it turned out to be fake, I'd be really surprised, and a little worried.

Is that a blank that you have their at the bottom, and where did you come by that?

Thank you for every body here read my thread and answers.
I bought this whole set from Japan.
I also have bought several Mick handmades, and looked at several of ST, include neo ST Tiger with the marks.
I have seen fake STs too, just as you said, offen in very poor quality. and almost every fake ST will be with every logo, every mark and even the number on it (since the fake producers would like to make it as real as they can). but ofcause, bad details.
Here I attached a photo of another Mike I purchased. it is 100% auth, I can be sure.

but when I compare both together, I should say, the quality of both are in the same level.
About a blank on the bottom? sorry, I did not get it, what does that mean? it looks just like in my photos. but I can take more detail photos to present it better.

I believe Apebrains is asking you where you bought the "unfinished" or "blank" blade which you have already indicated was a version of the knife used for training, or a "trainer".
