They are ok. I have bought boots and our squadron has bought bolle goggles from them. They were a pain to deal with, but I got what I wanted in the right time frame, for the right price. Go for it.

I called to actually talk to a person [and I wanted to make sure they had what I wanted in stock] and he wasnt really interested at all in taking my order....asked me to do it on the web. He did however verify that they had the item in stock for me....

You'll find varying opinions pertaining to Botach. For the record, I have dealt with them flawlessly 17 times now. Their prices can't be beat, and until I get screwed I'll continue dealing with them.
ALWAYS ask whoever is taking your order to verify that the items you're ordering are in stock, ALWAYS get that employees name, and ALWAYS let them know that if they screw you there will be hell to pay.
This is called "The 3 agressive Commandments of Botach ordering".

If they don't have the item in stock, they won't notify you through email or phone. You wait and wait. They don't update their website on whether the item is in stock or not. Then when you call them they put you on hold forever. Really bad customer service.

I'll pay the slightly higher price for peace of mind,and alot of heartache savings not having to go through credit card procedures for reversal of charges etc.not to mention their lack of communication.I find it amazing after all the feedback on this company people are attracted for a few lousy dollars of savings.This guy wasn't even interested in taking your order?I'm a man of principle and integrity and will not faulter for a few bucks.Good luck to Botach supporters,better you than me.
