Anyone put a lanyard on their Direware?

My Direware solo v5 has become my favorite EDC, I haven't carried another knife in a month! I am a big fan of knife lanyards but have never put one on any of my knives. I have looked a little for a lanyard for my Direware but I just can't picture it on the knife. It doesn't have a lanyard hole so it would have to tie into the clip somehow. Just wanted to know if anyone can post some visual references of their own.

Thanks

The knife is a huge folder and weighs about 3/4 of a lb. I think the lanyard hole was left off because aesthetically a lanyard would look like a silly affectation on such a large, massive knife. It'd be like putting a lanyard on an axe. You can do it, but would you want to?

On my knives that haven't got a lanyard hole I tie one round the last stand-off, if you keep the bead or whatever tight against the scales it usually works.
If you tie your own lanyards the just tie it tightly round the stand-off.

Direwares don't have standoffs for you to do that, they have backspacers. I saw a guy do a mod to one a long time ago, it look like he cut a hole in the backspacer near the first groove. I would highly recommend not to do that lol.

I'll post a pic of mine later

Ah! that wouldn't work then. It's down to epoxy resin then. :D
