Hello,
I recently purchased this sword but have been unable to identify its age, manufacturer, or anything else about it. Does anyone here recognize this piece?

I'd like to ask a few questions. First, does it say "stainless" on the blade near the guard?

Using the little "knob" on the bottom of the grip, can you screw that off and find a threaded rod underneath?

Did it come with a scabbard?
