I'm wanting to have my Ladybug reground to FFG, would this be worth it? I know the blade would be pretty thin but I'm not doing hard work with this knife. I have seen some other guy had an H1 LB3 reground on another forum.

Which version do you have?
You can probably buy a new FFG version for not much more than it would cost to have yours reground.

Other than the ZDP version there aren't any factory FFG Ladybugs at present. The hard one would be a Salt, because Krein was the one doing those and he no longer does regrinds at all.

Ah, so what you're saying is the ZDP-189 version would be too expensive compared to a regrind...?

Have a pink one wrapped up and waiting for the wife. If she doesn't want it for some reason, I'll gladly carry it. Came sharp as hell.

Actually I was saying it would be expensive either way, but if the OP is committed to the premise, that won't mean much.

I reground an original Ladybug in AUS-6 to more or less flat (probably closer to full convex given my lack of skill and appropriate tools). Was it worth doing? I don't know. It didn't cost me anything but some time, and it cuts much better, but it soon after got replaced by a ZDP-189 LB3 which cuts even better and stays sharp a lot longer.
