I apologize, I was jerking your chain. Laws that specifically affect minors regarding knives are actually rare, but there is a popular misconception that they are universal.
Georgia overall has very lax and forgiving knife laws. All knives with blades under 5 inches long are legal for carry openly or concealed. When I saw all knives, I mean all knives. Folders, fixed blades, daggers, butterfly knives, switchblades doesn't matter if it's <5". If it's got a blade over 5", you need to be on your own property, at your place of business, or have a concealed weapon permit. Georgia also has "preemption" which means all the counties and cities can't pass more restrictive knife laws. Atlanta used to have really bad ones but that's fixed now.
The official site for the Georgia state law doesn't allow me to directly link, but to verify this, look for § 16-11-126
