We got it in theaters here now and it's getting decent reviews . How is it as a film in general , not just a "survival movie" ?

I heard there was no wolf punching, which immediately turned me off to the movie. All the commercials show him taping tiny liquor bottles to his hand as some glass knuckles and then no wolf punching? You can cram that up your ass hollywood.

It was horrible and depressing. Nowhere near something like "The Edge". Completely unrealistic from a survival standpoint. They would have frozen in 12 hours easily. Movie was garbage. As a movie in general? Crap.

Wolves have enough bad rep as it is!

The trailer looks terrible, will not see it.

I was expecting more of a survival story. It was not, the entire movie was them being hunted by the 'evil murderous' wolves. Not that great. Also agree it was very depressing.

I laughed out loud. Well played sir.

i didn't hate it

They made so many bad choices that it made me cringe, but what movie is that NOT the case?

Hell "Shooter" had a guy making a 200 yard shot to the eye using a .22 rifle with a coke bottle filled with cotton taped to it (as a silencer?!) while standing in a BOAT!

movies aren't known for getting the details right.

It was a pretty cool watch if you don't expect much of it.

Wolves don't act like that, people can't live in those temperatures ( especially in water), and you REALLY don't want to try to dumb crap they tried, but it had it's moments

I was disappointed when the wolves didn't finish the entire cast off during the first 15 minutes. People this stupid wouldn't make it through a daily rush-hour commute.
